How Booking Works

Start with a quick inquiry. Share your preferred date range, event type, estimated guest count, and any lodging or AV needs. Our coordinator follows up to confirm availability and next steps. You can choose an in-person or digital tour to see the main hall, nearby buildings for breakouts, the pavilion, cabins, and waterfront. After the tour, we map a high-level timeline, room sets, and included inventory, then send a tailored proposal for your review. When you are ready, we place a hold and finalize your date with a simple agreement.
